A rare and wonderfully specific piece of touring history — an original Roadstar Catering “Eatz” laminate from a ZZ Top show dated April 24, 1980. This credential granted the holder access to catering on the road with ZZ Top during their early 1980s touring cycle — the era just before the massive Eliminator explosion that would make them global superstars. The laminate features the Roadstar Catering logo with a top-hatted cartoon character and the bold “Eatz” script in pink, with “Z.Z. TOP / 24/4/80” stamped below.
Catering credentials are among the rarest and most specific tour artifacts — issued in small numbers, rarely preserved, and deeply evocative of life on the road.
