Refund & Exchange Policy

At Showco Archives, every item is handled with care and described as accurately as possible. Because many of our items are limited-run, made-to-order, or vintage/archival, we do not offer returns.

Returns

  • All sales are final. I do not accept returns.

  • Please review photos, sizing, and item details carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges (my error or damage only)

I will gladly replace or exchange an item only if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your item arrived damaged, or

  • There is a production/fulfillment error on my end

To request an exchange, email indigo@showcoarchives.com with your order number and photos.

Timeframes

  • Exchange requests: must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Damage claims: must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (with clear photos of the item and packaging).

If your request is approved, I’ll provide next steps and, when applicable, a replacement item.

Printful (made-to-order) items

Some Showco Archives reproduction apparel is produced and shipped by Printful (made-to-order).

  • Sizing/fit: Because Printful items are made-to-order, I cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection. Please use the size chart on the product page before ordering.

  • Misprints, damage, or defects: If a Printful item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, I will work with Printful to resolve it.

    • Email indigo@showcoarchives.com with your order number and clear photos.

    • Report within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.

  • If approved, I’ll arrange a replacement (or another resolution as available).

Vintage & archival items

  • Vintage and archival items may show signs of age and wear, which are part of their history.

  • Any notable flaws will be described and/or photographed.

  • Vintage/archival items are final sale except in the case of a shipping damage claim reported within the timeframe above.

Shipping issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, contact your local carrier first. If you still need help, email me and I’ll do my best to assist.

Refunds

Because I do not accept returns, refunds are not offered except in rare cases where:

  • An approved exchange cannot be fulfilled (for example, the item is out of stock), or

  • A shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier and cannot be replaced

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
