Shipping Policy
I ship orders with care and do my best to get everything out quickly. Below is what you can expect when ordering from Showco Archives.
Who ships your order

Printful items: Some Showco Archives reproduction apparel is produced and shipped by Printful (made-to-order).

Non-Printful items: All other items (including vintage/archival items) are packed and shipped by me.
Orders that include both Printful and non-Printful items may arrive in separate shipments.
Processing time
Non-Printful items (shipped by me)

Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days.

During busy periods or when I’m handling large archive projects, processing may take a little longer. If there’s a delay, I’ll reach out.

No shipping the last week of each month: Orders placed during the last week of the month will begin processing and shipping the following week.
Printful items (shipped by Printful)

Printful items are made-to-order, so processing and shipping times can vary by product and destination.
Shipping carriers

US orders: shipped via customers option choice (USPS, DHL, UPS, etc.)

International orders: shipped via customer choice and then delivered by the local carrier in your country (for example, Royal Mail/Parcelforce in the UK).
Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

International shipping can vary widely depending on weight and destination.
Tracking

Tracking is provided when available.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
International orders (customs, VAT, and import fees)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by their country.

These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, email me as soon as possible at indigo@showcoarchives.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll do my best to update it.
Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages

If tracking shows a package is delayed, please allow a little extra time for carrier transit.

If a package is marked Delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with household members/neighbors and contact your local post office/carrier first.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged:

Email indigo@showcoarchives.com within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
Printful items (damage/misprint)
If a Printful item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos and I’ll work with Printful to resolve it.
