The Starpeace tour of 1985–86 was Yoko Ono's ambitious world tour — a bold, politically charged statement of peace and activism at the height of the Cold War. The front features Hell in Paradise in large orange script lettering above Children Power in bold orange block type — two of the album's most striking slogans, rendered in a vivid, graffiti-influenced style. The back reads STARPEACE in blue lettering, vertically stacked. The sleeve carries the phrase I Love All of Me in pink handwritten script — a deeply personal Yoko touch.
