An original The Fixx Phantom North American Tour sleeveless tee from the personal collection of SHOWCO sound engineer Mike "Dr. Funk" Ponczek.

1984 was a breakthrough year for The Fixx. Their album Phantoms pushed the British new wave band deeper into the American mainstream, and the North American Phantom Tour that followed was one of their most ambitious runs stateside. The front features "The FIXX" in blue lettering above the striking abstract Phantoms album artwork — a fragmented figure in yellow, blue, and grey. The back reads NORTH AMERICAN / PHANTOM / TOUR in bold red and blue lettering over a globe graphic highlighting North America. A classic 80s sleeveless muscle cut in off-white. Mike Ponczek was there for the whole run.

This is a genuine, worn shirt from Mike's personal archive — verified provenance, one of a kind.
