A single-page original crew memo issued to the Soundgarden crew for the load-out and start of the Lollapalooza tour, almost certainly 1992 — the year Soundgarden headlined. Typed on NAF Productions letterhead, Seattle, WA.
The memo reads in full:

"Matt's bike" — a reference to drummer Matt Cameron's motorcycle traveling in the equipment semi — is the kind of incidental detail that makes a document like this irreplaceable.
