Document 1: Original stage plot and 15-channel input list. FOH Engineer: Craig Montgomery (206) 624-1380. Covers the full PUSA rig — kick, snare top/bottom, hi-hat, rack tom, floor tom, stereo overheads, basitar (×2), gitbass (×2), and vocals for Chris, Dave, and Jason — with microphone assignments (Shure SM91, SM57, AKG 451/460/535, SM98, 421, Senn 409/SM57, Crown CM310), FOH inserts (gates and comps), and stand types. Handwritten monitor channel numbers in the left margin: 22 DI, 23 SR, 24 SL with Senn 408 notations.

Document 2: Fax copy of the same stage plot, with fax header reading "From: Craig Montgomery / To: Guest Frank Steller / Date: 12/16/08 / Time: 21:50:17 / Page 3 of 3." Additional handwritten annotations including channels 34, 35, and 37.
