An original, new/unworn Paul McCartney World Tour crew jacket from the personal collection of SHOWCO sound engineer Mike "Dr. Funk" Ponczek.
April 7, 1990 — Paul McCartney took the stage at Texas Stadium in Dallas on his first solo world tour in decades, his triumphant return to live performance following years away from the road. The show was produced by 462 Concerts Dallas, whose embroidered logo appears on the left chest. The back features the full "The Paul McCartney World Tour" graphic in bold red and yellow — one of the most striking tour jacket designs of the era.
This grey zip-up bomber features southwestern-style knit trim at the collar, cuffs, and hem — a distinctly Texas touch on a piece of rock history. New/unworn, straight from Mike's personal archive — verified provenance, one of a kind.
Also available: a Paul McCartney World Tour denim jacket, listed separately in the collection.
