Longhorn Ballroom Vintage T-Shirt
Longhorn Ballroom Vintage T-Shirt
A piece of Dallas music history with a story behind it. This shirt was acquired by Bill "Doc" Gans while running monitors at the Longhorn Ballroom for Showco — at the release event for The Buddy Holly Story, the 1978 film starring Gary Busey. Doc was there alongside fellow Showco alumni, including members of the team that would go on to define live sound for a generation.
The Longhorn Ballroom is one of Texas' most storied venues, hosting everyone from country legends to rock royalty — and Showco, headquartered right there in Dallas, is the crew that powered it all. This shirt is a hometown keepsake from that world, worn to perfection by Doc himself.
