Eric Clapton London 1993 Polo Shirt | Mike Ponczek's Closet
Eric Clapton London 1993 Polo Shirt | Mike Ponczek's Closet
An original 1993 Eric Clapton London polo shirt from the personal collection of SHOWCO sound engineer Mike "Dr. Funk" Ponczek.
1993 was a landmark year for Eric Clapton in London — his sold-out Royal Albert Hall residency cemented his status as one of the great live performers of his generation. This black short-sleeve polo was made for the production crew working those shows. The left chest features an embroidered circular crest: ERIC CLAPTON / LONDON 1993 surrounding the Royal Albert Hall globe/stage logo in gold and multicolor — understated, elegant, and unmistakably crew. No back print. Mike Ponczek was behind the board for this run.
This is a genuine, worn polo from Mike's personal archive — verified provenance, one of a kind.
