On December 7, 1986, John Fogerty — the legendary voice and guitar behind Creedence Clearwater Revival — took the stage at the Oakland Coliseum Arena under the banner of Bill Graham Presents. It was a landmark night: Fogerty had only recently returned to performing after a decade-long hiatus, and this tour marked his triumphant comeback to the Bay Area. Mike Ponczek was there, and this gray crewneck sweater with its red embroidered chest logo came home with him. A rare, tactile piece of rock history.
