Belkin Productions was the dominant concert promoter in the Cleveland/Ohio market throughout the 1970s and '80s, responsible for some of the era's most significant arena shows. This rectangular pass features the bold Belkin Productions logo in magenta and cream, with "E.L.O." handwritten in large script in the name field and "2/11" stamped in red below.
