An original typed internal crew memorandum from the Bee Gees' 1989 European tour — "Europe 2: The Sequel" — dated Thursday, June 22, 1989. Written by tour manager Rob Cowlyn and addressed to all Bee Gees crew members, this document covers the overnight logistics for the move from The Metropole hotel to Rotterdam via Dover ferry for the June 26th show.

The memo is a rare, unfiltered look at the inner workings of a major international rock tour: bus assignments by crew name, passport warnings, ferry crossing instructions, hotel check-in times, and the Rotterdam Production Office contact numbers. J.W. Roberts is listed by name on the 8:15am Micky Lee Bus departure. A one-of-a-kind primary source document from the road.
