Original 1979 personnel pass from The Kinks' Low Budget World Tour, preserved in the Ken Byrnes collection. The tour followed the band's Low Budget album and belongs to a period when the Kinks were reaching new audiences through major live performances.

Personnel passes document the people behind those concerts—the working staff and production teams whose credentials granted access beyond the audience areas. This surviving pass offers collectors a tangible connection to the tour's backstage operations.
